Because of Covid-19, most of us have to work from home. Last week, Viviane Kock invited by Benoît Minet (Cellule Mobilité de l'UWE) for a webinar to remind some good practice (find the video and the slides in the link in comment): 📌 Use the right tool (to communicate, to share information, to manage projects, etc.) 📌 Organise your self and set up a routine (incl. pause) 📌 Work in full transparency and communicate 📌 Align on emergency management (how to communicate within the team, who is available when etc.) 📌 Because it is a long run homeworking, use the camera to share body language When this period is over, it is interesting to collect feedbacks and see how homeworking could be implemented or improved in your company. It is also part of mobility management. This has a positive impact on air quality (and mobility).
