Congestion in Belgian cities remains high, especially on Tuesday and Thursday morning and evening. On average 23 extra minutes are needed per 30 minutes trip (i.e. +76% of total time). This correspond to 154 episodes of Game of Thrones.

With this level, e-bike, speed pedelec, public transport or even homeworking or late departure can become real alternatives.

Now such mobility change requires change management and testing phase. Analysing the mobility shift potential, its financial impact and organising tests and mobility coaching are key to make this shift real.
